A Kosnian Sanctuary

Elion is composed of private residences designed as homes rather than accommodations. Each villa offers privacy, independence, and a sense of familiarity, allowing guests to settle in naturally from the moment they arrive.

Architecture & Materials

The architecture of Elion is defined by natural materials and the careful workmanship of local stonemasons and carpenters. Softened forms and gentle lines replace sharp angles, echoing the character of traditional island homes and allowing the buildings to sit naturally within the landscape. The result is an architecture shaped as much by hands as by design.

At the entrance, a stone archway marks the transition into Elion, offering a subtle sense of arrival and setting the tone for a slower, more considered way of living.

The Pool Terrace

The pool terrace at Elion captures the essence of Mediterranean outdoor living. Each villa features a private pool of approximately 40 square meters, opening towards Mount Dikeos and the open landscape beyond, offering an ever-changing backdrop throughout the day.

Designed as a fully furnished outdoor setting, the terrace invites long hours by the water. Areas for lounging, outdoor dining, and barbecuing create a natural flow between sun, shade, and shared moments.

With privacy, comfort, and ease at its core, the pool terrace becomes the natural center of summer life at Elion.

The Living Space

The living space forms the shared heart of each villa. Designed as one continuous area, it brings together cooking, dining, and relaxing in a way that feels unforced and intuitive. A dining area and a comfortable sofa bed allow the space to adapt easily to the rhythm of each day.

Natural light, soft materials, and exposed wooden ceiling beams add warmth and a subtle rural character. This is a space meant for connection and ease, where everyday life unfolds without formality.

Bedrooms

Each bedroom features a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and direct access to the pool terrace, allowing movement between indoor comfort and outdoor living to feel effortless. Materials, tones, and proportions are carefully balanced to create an atmosphere that feels calm and restorative.

Depending on the villa type, guests can enjoy either one or two bedrooms, each offering the same sense of comfort, privacy, and connection to the outdoors.

Gardens & Outdoor Paths

Gardens at Elion are woven naturally into everyday life. Each villa is framed by planted outdoor areas, while landscaped paths guide movement gently across the property, connecting homes through greenery rather than boundaries.

Olive trees, fruit trees, and Mediterranean planting offer shade, scent, and a steady presence of nature. These outdoor spaces are designed to be used and enjoyed, supporting moments of pause, slow walks, and daily rituals outdoors.

Looking ahead, Elion will grow to include a walking garden shaped around olive and citrus trees, inviting guests to explore the landscape at an unhurried pace.
