A well-stocked supermarket is located just 15 minutes on foot and only 2 minutes by car from Elion Villas. If the villa is occupied the previous night, we need approximately 4 hours to clean and prepare it. Since check-out is at 11:00, the villa will be ready by 15:00. If I arrive before my check-in time, can I drop my bag somewhere? If early check-in access is unavailable, we will be happy to store your luggage until your villa is ready for check-in. Is it possible to have a confirmed late check-out? Late check-out may be confirmed one day before your departure, subject to availability, and an additional charge may apply. If you are planning a late departure and wish to ensure that the villa is available for the full day, we recommend booking an additional overnight stay in advance as part of your reservation. What is the environmental tax? Am I obligated to pay it? An environmental fee, officially known as the Climate Crisis Resilience Fee, is required by Greek law and is payable by the guest directly at the property upon arrival. The fee is €8.00 per room, per night for stays from April 1st to October 31st. For stays from November 1st to March 31st, the fee is reduced to €2.00 per room, per night. This fee is mandatory and is not included in the accommodation rate. How private are the villas?
